We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, our team is here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible for Return

Item received damaged or defective.
Wrong item delivered.
Item significantly different from the description.
Item not received within the stated delivery window.

Not Eligible

Perishable food items once opened.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Digital products or downloadable content.
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Return

Email returns@halalstore.jp within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) within 2 business days.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address using a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
PayPay / Paidy: Typically 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery: Refund issued via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when contacting us.
Store Credit: Available as an alternative and processed instantly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please take photos of the item and packaging and email us at returns@halalstore.jp within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and prioritise your case.
